Meeting Dates and Agendas

Dates of Future Scheduled Parish Council Meetings can be found below

The Parish Council meets bi-monthly, on the second Wednesday of every month in Ladbroke Village Hall.

All meetings commence at 7.45 pm. After the meeting has been opened by the Chairman and necessary functions carried out, the Chairman will suspend Standing Order to invite brief comments from members of the public. Upon hearing all public queries the Chairman will reinstate Standing Orders and the meeting will continue. Members of the public cannot take any further part in the meeting unless specifically invited to do so by the Chairman

The Parish Council Minutes page will be updated as soon as the minutes are approved.

Agendas of meetings will be removed once the minutes of the meeting are published.

Where the minutes have been produced electronically these have been uploaded to this web page. Previous years minutes are available in paper format either via the Clerk or via Warwickshire County Archives in Warwick. Signed copies of the current years minutes are available for inspection on request.
